Realm of Caring
When there’s a mother’s will, there’s a way, and this mother, Heather Jackson, stops at nothing to get help for her son, Zaki. Since the age of four months old, Zaki has suffered from catastrophic and nearly constant epileptic seizures. One failed treatment after the next, Heather’s sense of hopelessness is transformed to optimism when she is introduced to cannabinoid oil, a medicinal derivative of marijuana. This controversial treatment finally allows her to truly meet her son for the first time seizure-free. This amazing change in Zaki inspires Heather to start the advocacy group Realm of Caring to make this life-changing medicine available to the world.
